PROSA WEBINAR 07-12 en 08-12

In close collaboration with our Swiss (PACTS) and French (PEDIADOL) colleagues we organize on Thursday December 7 and Friday December 8, 2023 our FREE PROSAwebinars. Both webinars start at 5:00 pm (CET) and take 2 hours. Each webinar has 3 short state-of-the art lectures, followed by a Q&A session. Simultaneous translation (German-French-English) will be provided. Participation is for free!! So share the good news in your network!

    European collaboration for the enhancement of procedural comfort in children
  • Words for trust – Establishing trust:
    The fundamental primer for each medical encounter
  • More than words only:
    The impact of contextual factors, parents, making a plan, suggestions, movements, distraction, agree to stop,…
  • Anxiolysis and minimal sedation:
    Which drugs can help when the above are not enough?

Programma Day 2

  • The ISupport International Rights-based standards for children having tests, treatments, examinations and interventions (www.isupportchildrensrights.com)
  • Advanced Nitrous Oxide sedation:
    Nitrous Oxide in combination with IN fentanyl, IN dexmedetomidine, Oral midazolam
  • Experiences with a Nurse-Led Intranasal Dexmedetomidine protocol
